bsns.SSH

The SSH client whose keys can't be stolen, because they can't be copied.

For iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and the Mac. Free and open source: no ads, no account, no telemetry.

Coming to the App Store and Google PlaySource on GitHub →

Keys that cannot be copied

Your key is made inside the Secure Enclave on iPhone, iPad and Mac, or the Android Keystore, or it stays on a FIDO2 security key or PIV smart card over NFC or USB-C. It never leaves that hardware, and every login signs through a built-in agent, so the networking code never sees a private key.

Your phone as a security key

Pair the Mac app, and ssh, git and scp on your Mac sign with the key on your iPhone. Each request appears on the phone for you to approve.

Every machine at a glance

The Machines view lists every tmux window on every host, shows what each one is doing, and flags the ones waiting for you.

Sessions that follow you

Hand a tmux session from one device to another. Mosh keeps sessions alive through network changes and sleep.

Sync without a vendor

Hosts, keys and workspaces sync through a folder you choose: iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Nextcloud or a network share. Everything is encrypted on your device first. There is no bsns server and no account.

Private, and you can check

No analytics, no crash reporting, no ads. The app connects only to your servers and the storage you pick, and the source is public.

Everyday features

Everything you expect from a terminal.

Key or password login with one-tap "install my key", tabs, find in output, a shortcut key bar, mosh with automatic reconnect, SFTP, local port forwarding, jump hosts, and import of your ~/.ssh config, known hosts and keys. On iPad and Android tablets, a sidebar keeps sessions one tap away and two terminals sit side by side.
